How to use a clock face

For beginners, start with the hour hand alone: point it at each number and say the hour. Add the minute hand next, focusing first on the five-minute marks (12, 1, 2, and so on representing 0, 5, 10 minutes). Once five-minute intervals are solid, move to the individual minute ticks between them.
